    Ease of ordering: 5 stars Quickness of delivery: 5 stars Condescending voicemail when you express displeasure in design that was delivered: -10 stars Placed an order on their website for a pink floral arrangement; saw in the picture that there were non-pink flowers in it and so I noted in the special instructions to make it an entirely pink arrangement. After I clicked submit on the $150 order (after delivery and fees), I let a minute or two pass by before picking up the phone and calling to re-emphasize pink. Feeling quite confident, time ticked by, I kept checking my phone to see if the delivery had delivered to my sister who had a mastectomy today had received the flowers. (Yes, introducing a new breast cancer survivor, hence the pink.) Finally, a couple hours later, (again, props on the speedy delivery), my niece sends me a picture of the bouquet. Yes, pinks, pretty pinks, and the most horrible white hydrangea ever. In their defense, the bouquet that I ordered did in fact note an antique green hydrangea. That doesn't excuse them for including it after I went out of my way to emphasize pink. I e-mailed a very short e-mail noting that it was not what I ordered and I received a very quick response stating to call them. At the time I could not, I live two hours behind the small shop and was heading into a meeting. Upon not receiving my immediate call back, my phone was vibrating in my pocket and after my meeting I listen to the most condescending voicemail ever recorded noting that foliage doesn't come in pink, and that I could clearly see in the image on the website that there were non-pink bits to the arrangement. Yes, I do realize that most leaves are green, and I was actually quite pleased with every aspect of the design except for the white infestation that would have been better off discarded. The voicemail also noted that they would be more than happy to pick the arrangement up because she would have no problem selling it in her store. Yes, because we all enjoy receiving flowers to have them viciously removed, that's like giving a toddler a lollypop and taking it back. I would have been quite content in writing it off as a loss after simply expressing my initial discontent but after receiving the voicemail I felt the need to write a review. Do note that I'm still giving them three stars, the first star being for the quick delivery and a second star for the follow up e-mail which was not quite as condescending as the voicemail where Mrs. Brown noted that she would replace the arrangement at my request as opposed to the initial "if you don't like it I will pick them up" approach. If you do not have a specific expectations, I'm sure the design would have been great because my sister is quite pleased with them which I suppose is all that should matter - which is where the complimentary third star of this review comes from. I'll not however be a repeat customer.
